Dr Justina Budginaite-Froehly

She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Vilnius (Lithuania) and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Security at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH). During her studies she worked for the US Embassy in Vilnius.

After her Master’s degree, she worked as an officer in the planning staff of the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence. Justina is doing her doctorate at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg on energy security in the context of international organisations using the example of Lithuania.
