The aim of the project is to provide support to dena, the German Energy Agency, by analysing, evaluating and processing current energy policy information in the target countries Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
The focus of the analytical work is on economic data as well as regulatory measures and resolutions (strategies, laws and implementation programmes) in the fields of energy, renewable energies, energy efficiency, hydrogen and transition in coal production areas. Moreover, Berlin Economics monitors national and multilateral debates on energy transition in the target countries.
