Developing a Holding Company Governance Model in Namibia
Berlin Economics supported the Namibian Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises in developing a model for a state holding company, aimed at optimizing the management of state-owned commercial enterprises (CPEs).
Funded by GIZ, the project provided technical assistance to improve governance structures, streamline financial management, and enable better access to private capital, contributing to enhanced transparency and financial sustainability for CPEs.
