Markus Wolff

Markus Wolff has been working for Berlin Economics since 2026 and is the country coordinator responsible for the German Economic Team’s advisory activities in Albania.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master of Science in Economics and Strategy with a focus on emerging markets from the University of Maastricht.
In addition to his studies, he gained practical experience at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs in the division for foreign trade promotion, as well as at the World Bank’s social protection and labour unit in Vienna, where his work focused on the Western Balkans.
