Berlin Economics takes part at the annual NCP Twinning conference
On 23 June, Berlin Economics participated in the Twinning Annual Meeting of the National Contact Point for Twinning and TAIEX at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWK).
During the event, BE Managing Director Dr Ricardo Giucci delivered a presentation on the impact of the war in Ukraine on the Eastern Partnership countries, a topic, which became even more relevant since then.
The so-called ‘Twinning Programme’ is an EU-funded instrument for the promotion of partnership relations between authorities and official bodies in EU member states on the one hand and in Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries and EU accession candidates on the other. The aim is to exchange experience and know-how in administrative practice and management, as well as to introduce EU-compliant administrative processes.
