Elena Budaragina

Elena Budaragina is an administrative and political scientist and joined Berlin Economics in April 2022 as a project manager in the field of energy and climate policy for the Low Carbon Ukraine Project (LCU).
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Bremen, she completed the double master’s program in Public Management at the University of Potsdam and Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).
Elena Budaragina brings with her a broad experience in the areas of energy policy, energy partnership, project management, cooperation with international organizations, bilateral economic and energy policy relations.
