Development of master plans for three locations with potential for economic development in Moldova

The aim of the project is to develop land use plans for three sites with high potential for industrial or economic use.

In a first step, three locations with promising economic potential are identified through a tender process. Subsequently, a plan of urban zones (Plan Urbanistic Zonal, PUZ) will be developed for each of them, which serves as a precondition for the construction of industrial parks on the selected areas.
